Q: How long will it take for me to get my order?
A: In most cases, all prints, apparel, mug, accessories orders ship from a separate vendor within 7-10 days of your order date unless noted otherwise.
In the case of custom orders, I typically ship 3-5 days after completion of the project. This exact timing will be communicated with you at the time of your booking.
Digital files will be sent via e-mail once purchase has been confirmed. All physical prints – will be sent in a tube for safe delivery.
** US orders will be sent with a tracking number. **Tracking is not available outside the US + we are not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to customs.
Q: Do you do custom work?
A: I do, but I am not always able to take on commissions. If you have something in mind that you’d like to discuss – please contact me here!
Q: What if something is wrong with my order?
A: Please choose carefully when deciding to order as most items are limited runs and are made to order. We are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your order that you have received.
